The account is created during buying at the e-shop. It is the next step after acceptance of value of the goods in the shopping cart . The account will be created only after setting up a password to the service. The account can also be created by choosing “ I want to register” bar after clicking “log in”.

Click ‘log in’ in the top right corner. A window in which “ I forgot my password” has to be clicked will open. Provide your e-mail address. An e-mail containing a message , that has to be confirmed in order to change the password will be sent to the given e-mail address. Having done this you will be able to log in using your new password.

The customer is not obliged to create an account in order to place an order. However, having an account enables view of previous purchase orders and there is no need to fill all required fields with delivery and address data.

You can exchange or return purchased goods within 10 days from goods receipt provided that the goods: have not been used, are clean, free of any scents ( e.g. perfume, cream fragrances), are originally tagged and are in the original packaging. I would like to change the size of the products. What do I have to do?
In order to have the goods exchanged quickly the customer has to place a new order in the e-shop at www.kinga.com.pl and indicate the exchange of goods in the comments field. Number of the new purchase order has to be stated in the exchange form in order to shorten the delivery time. Cost of sending the exchanged goods to the customer are equal to PLN 7. The fee has to be transferred to our bank account otherwise the goods will have to be paid for on receipt.
