Returns and exchange



We guarantee the possibility of exchange
or return of purchased goods within 10 days
from goods receipt provided that the goods:
have not been used, are clean, free of any scents
(e.g. perfume, cream fragrances), are originally tagged
and are in the original packaging.


Details on returns and exchanges


In order to have the exchange/return handled quickly secured goods must be sent under the address:

It is necessary to add the following annotation: "e-shop warehouse"


The following should attached to the consignment:
  1. The receipt received with the ordered goods
  2. Filled in return/exchange form

In case of not fulfilling the above conditions return/change will not be taken into consideration. At the same time we inform that we do not accept goods that have to be paid on delivery.


Return

All return delivery costs are covered by the customer. In case of goods return the customer received amount of money equivalent to the value of the returned goods.

Acceptance of the return will be communicated by e-mail. After that the money will be transferred :

  1. On the bank account number stated in the return form .
  2. Via money transfer if the customer chose the option or the bank account number was not stated (in that case cost of transfer will be deducted from the returned amount)

 

Lingerie returned within 10 days from purchase due to production faults and damages will be submitted to appraiser provided that original receipt is attached. All claims concerning mechanical faults caused in transport will be considered on the basis of the damage survey protocol written in the presence of the courier.


Exchange

In order to have the goods exchanged quickly the customer has to place a new order in the e-shop at www.kinga.com.pl and indicate the exchange of goods in the comments field. Number of the new purchase order has to be stated in the exchange form in order to shorten the delivery time. The customer will be informed about the cost of sending the exchanged goods via email. The fee has to be transferred to our bank account otherwise the goods will have to be paid for on receipt. In case of lack of requested size on stock the exchange will not be possible.

In case of lack of requested size on stock the exchange will not be possible. In that case you can exchange to other model or return the goods. When the lingerie ordered in exchange is more expensive than returned the customer will be informed about the value that has to be paid after reception of return delivery

All dispatches containing returned goods that due to inappropriate packaging are be damaged in transport will be sent back to and on the customer’s cost. We kindly ask for securing the goods when preparing for dispatch.

In case of goods Exchange due to erroneous order realization all costs connected with return of the goods will be carried out by the seller.
