  1. How to register in e-shop?

    To register on www.kinga.com You have to choose „Login/Registration” option and fill in all data in a „Create an account” column. Declaration of e-shop Terms of Use must be accepted. If a Client wants get a company newsletter, should also select the acceptance newsletter mailings and press the "Create Account". After receiving an e-mail with confirmed registration shopping can be done.

  2. What to do if I do not remember my password?

    In this case a Client has to click on „Don’t remember the password?” which is under the field for filling the password on login site. Then a place for writing e-mail address given during registration will be seen. Write this e-mail address, take a message and click on sent link. At the end, change the password and come back to login site.

  3. Is it possible to check the order’status of realisation?

    Order status is seen in history of orders for registered Clients. Moreover, Client gets e-mails automatically generated with information about every change. At every order in „Status” field there will be an update information.
    Order status are as follow:

    • new,
    • waiting for payment,
    • accepted for realization,
    • sent/completed.
  4. Can two orders be send in one package?

    Yes, they can. In this case a Client has to contact with the customer service department – by phone or via e-mail info@kinga.com.pl – and give orders’numbers. Orders’connection will be confirmed by e-mail.

  5. Are orders send abroad?

    Yes, they are. For orders abroad it has to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

  6. Can the order purchased in e-shop be pick up personally in the company’s main office?

    Yes, it can. You can step up to our pickup location on Maczka 89 Street, Bialystok between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

  7. Can the order by send as a gift?

    Yes, it can. E-shop has got wrapping papers. It costs 15 PLN.

  8. What is the deadline of cash return for sending back purchased goods?

    Cash return is within 14 days since receiving returned goods.
