Return (re withdrawal from the contract, returning a new product)

As a Consumer You have rights to withdraw from the contract concluded in e-shop within 50 days without giving any reasons. The deadline of withdrawal is not valid after 50 days since You purchased goods or another person, not the carrier, and indicated by You had the goods. In order to use the right of withdrawal You have to inform us about Your decision of withdrawal from the contract through a declaration (e.g. a declaration sent in a traditional way or via e-mail). The declaration can be also send:

A sample of withdrawal declaration is in an attachment number 2 in The Act of Consumer Rights and additionally is available on an e-shop website of e-shop in th unit of „Withdrawal from the contract”. You can use the sample of declaration of withdrawal but it is not obligatory.

To save the deadline of withdrawal from the contract it is enough to send an information of Your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline of withdrawal.

In a case of withdrawal from the contract we return all Your payments, including the costs of delivery (with an exception of additional costs connected with choosing by Client another than the cheapest way of delivery), immediately, but no longer than 14 days since we are informed about the decision of withdrawal from the contract. Payment return will be in the same way as it was paid unless You clearly agreed for other solution; in any way You will not bear any costs of return. We can stop with the return of payment till receiving returned goods or till receiving the evidence of returning, immediately, but no longer than 14 days since You informed us about the withdrawal. The deadline is preserved if You send the product back within 14 days. You will have to bear the costs of returns. You are responsible for lowering the value of products because of using them in an inappropriate way.

Exchange or return of ordered goods is guaranteed up to 14 days.

In order to have the goods exchanged quickly the customer has to place a new order in e-shop and indicate the exchange of goods in the comments field. The number of a new order has to be stated in the exchange form. It will shorten the delivery time.

In a case of lack of requested size in stock the exchange will not be possible. In that case a Client can exchange to other model or return the goods. When the lingerie ordered in exchange is more expensive then returned the customer will be informed about the value which has to be paid after the reception of returned goods.

• The possibility of exchange does not harm the Client’s law who can also complain or withdraw from contract without giving reasons. The exchange law is additional.
• A Client who is a Customer and bought a product in e-shop can exchange it for a product which is available in e-shop within 14 days since receiving the purchase. In a case of difference in prize between the exchanged product and the new one a Client has to paid the difference in prize or seller will return the difference. For keeping the deadline it is enough to send the declaration before the time limit.

Consument is obliged within 7 days of handing the declaration of exchange return the product to a seller or give it to a person who is licensed by a seller. For keeping the deadline it is enough to send the product before the time limit. Consumer can return the product on address:

Exchaned product should not have any signs of using. It does not concern in a case when signs of using are because of checking the character, features and functionality of a product. Client who is a consument is responsible for lowering the value of a product because of using the item in an inappropriate way.

Return costs of exchanged product to seller and shipping costs to Client bears Client. In a case when the exhange is because of an error of Kinga shop bears seller.
